The webmistress...
My name is Hannah, and I am a 16-year-old Harry Potter fan from the UK. I've been a fan for almost ten years now, and I had wanted to create a Harry Potter website for a long time before finally starting the Harry Potter News Niffler (now The Time Turner) on the 6th April 2011. I hope to expand the website and watch it grow over time, as the Harry Potter fandom continues to thrive.
I read my first Harry Potter book when I was six years old, and the first Potter book release that I remember was Order of the Phoenix, which remains one of my favourites, although now I think I prefer Deathly Hallows. In terms of the films, my favourite is always the most recent film, so currently it is Deathly Hallows Part One. Hermione and Luna are definitely the best characters in the book, in my opinion. In fact, I'm dressed up as Hermione in the photo on the left, which was taken just before I turned up to school in full Hogwarts uniform. I received a round of applause as I walked through the school gates - a very proud moment! I'm pictured here in Gryffindor robes, but I'm actually a Ravenclaw, and Pottermore agrees!
The Time Turner is only a small fansite at the moment, but I have plenty of ideas to expand and improve the website. If you have any feedback or ideas, don't hesitate to contact me.

The Harry Potter News Niffler was born on the 6th April 2011, from an idea that Hannah had entertained for a long time. The website is a relatively new, small Harry Potter fan site, with just one staff member. Here is a timeline of some of the most important events in the site's history:
